Indianapolis, Indiana – Marion University – beamery timber frames used to build a round eco lab. Completed from start to finish in 60 days.
Green County, Indiana – Jack Craig Nature Foundation – a log super structure with all mortise and tenon joinery being built to completely support this nature center headquartered on 140 acres.
Bloomington, Indiana – 5,200 sq. ft. douglass fir timber frame, SIP, geo-thermal home is well under way on 14 acres just south of Bloomington, Indiana. 1,200 sq. ft. rolling driver over ravines and around ponds has been cut and construction is underway.
Marion County, Indiana – unique round barns return with this organic farm round barn. All hand hewn reclaimed timbers are being used as Beamery Frames builds a totally ‘green’ organic farm.
Peoria, Illinois - provide, engineer and install a poplar timber frame with SIP roof for Lakeside Builders and their client. The timber frame is handcrafted.
Lebanon, Indiana – design a 2,400 sq. ft. timber frame hybrid home on the family farm. Home includes a full basement, 2 car garage and additional ’shop’ work space.
Bloomington, Indiana – design, build, provide timber frame, complete turn-key for a 5,000 sq. ft. home just south of Bloomington. Project is on 15 acres and includes a 1,200 ft. winding drive over a ravine, 3 car garage, wine cellar & tasting room in the basement, barn, ’secret play rooms’, lofts, geothermal and more.
Champaign, Illinois – provide Douglass Fir timber trusses with a 3 week turn-around for a construction project underway. CWB arrived just in time to fly and install all trusses and interior beams just before the roof was installed.
Indianapolis (Fishers), Indiana – 3,700 st. ft. log home plus 3 car garage and 2 studios – 12″ hand hewn logs with grand log entry and stairway and all exposed log joist and rafters. CWB is designing, providing blueprints and negotiating the log package on 1 acre wooded property overlooking a beautiful ravine and river – right in the middle of town.
Greenfield, Indiana – design a 2,600 sq. ft. timber frame home on 42 wooded acres in Putnam County Indiana with wrap-around deck/porch and garage with barn.
Indianapolis, Indiana – 2,200 sq. ft. carriage house/barn with loft, all oak timber frame with traditional mortise and tenon joinery. Also included is a small timber frame pavilion around a giant outside fireplace. All siding, doors and cupola are hand made on site. This is a turn-key project.
Zionsville, Indiana – 3,600 sq. ft. oak timber frame home with full basement and loft wrapped completely in SIPS (structural insulated panels). CWB is the general contractor.
Indianapolis, Indiana – design and build on to an existing log home a deck supported all by hand hewn cedar logs.
Seymour, Indiana (Lake Zion) – a 4,500 sq. ft. timber frame hybrid home to be used as a company retreat. Two floors plus a walk out basement right on the waters edge.
Nashville, Indiana – design and engineer blueprints for a 3,600 sq. ft. handcrafted log home with walk out basement, wrap around porch and separate 2 car garage attached with a breezeway on 26 acres in Brown Co., Indiana. The home will be made out of 18″-20″ hand crafted logs with a grand log entry, stairway and exposed log joist and rafters.
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – a couple has contracted with CWB to design and engineer their 2,000 sq. ft. timber frame home on 12 acres just north of Pittsburgh.
